Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into large size silicone molds. Mine are 2" cubes. Fills six 2" cubes
Freeze for 1 hour, then add popsicle stick to middle of each cube.
Freeze until protein cubes become solid. Enjoy!
Notes
This recipe makes 2 servings, 3 frozen pops per serving.Tip: If your frozen pop is hard to get out of the mold, run a butter knife under hot water and use to separate from the molds.
