Super Easy Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 99% lean ground turkey
  • half red bell pepper chopped
  • half onion chopped
  • half 6 oz can tomato paste + 1 T
  • 1 egg + 1 egg white
  • 2 T grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions

  • Grease loaf pan with Pam spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place all ingredients (not including Walden Farms BBQ Sauce) in bowl. Stir until well incorporated. Place in loaf pan.
  • Spread top of meat with additional 1 tbsp of tomato paste.
  • Place in preheated oven. Bake for 45 min.
  • Slice into 4 equal thick pieces (or 8 thin) & serve.   
  • Optional:
    Top each slice with 1 tablespoon of Walden Farms BBQ Sauce, for an extra tasty treat.
