Buffalo Wing Meatballs With Ranch Dip

- 1 lb extra lean ground turkey (we recommend Hayter's Farm)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (finely)
- 1/3 cup Frank's Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce (plus extra for the coating)
- 2 tbsp egg whites
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup your favourite Walden Farms 0-Calorie Ranch Dressing (Ranch, Chipotle Ranch, or Bacon Ranch)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients, except Walden Farm dressing.
Firmly and evenly form mix into 24 meatballs and place them evenly spaced on the baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes. Gently flip meatballs. Bake until cooked through, for about 5 minutes.
Brush with Frank's Red Hot sauce.
Serve meatballs with your choice of Walden Farms dip. Enjoy!
