Buffalo Chicken Salad in a Jar

- 3 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt Fat Free
- 1/4 tsp Ranch Dressing or Ranch Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Lettuce Shredded
- 1 tbsp Blue Cheese Crumbled
- 3 oz Cooked Chicken Breast Skinless
- 2 tsp Frank's Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 1/4 cup Carrots Diced
- 1/4 cup Celery Diced
Mix yogurt with seasoning mix. Stir in lettuce and blue cheese.
Coat chicken with hot sauce.
In a tall glass, layer half of each of ingredient: lettuce mixture, diced veggies, and saucy chicken. Repeat layering with remaining ingredients.
