- 1/2 medium Cabbage
- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt (Optional)
- Oil for frying
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Add a little bit of oil to a frying pan and preheat it on a medium heat.
Add the meat, and season with salt and pepper and fry it until it’s lightly browned.
Separate the chicken into smaller bits with a spatula as it cooks. Combine the chicken and the sauteed cabbage and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Continue stirring.
Serve hot with a dollop of Greek yogurt. (approx. 40 mL)
