- 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
- 150 g Source O Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 4 or 5 drops green liquid food colouring
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract double if you like a very minty flavour
- 12 large ice cubes add a few more if you like a thicker shake
- 1/2 cup water
Whipped Topping:
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 50 g Source O Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Shake:In a blender, blend all ingredients (for shake part) until thick and smooth.Pour into two cups. Whipped Topping:Mix Protein Powders & yogurt until smooth.Add to a piping bag and add on top off each shake. Serve & enjoy!
