- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (3 oz each)
- 4 slices turkey bacon (Hayter's Farm)
- 4 tbsp Walden Farms 0-Calorie Salad Dressing (I like using Caesar, but any flavour will work)
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 1/2 avocado (approximately 100g)
- 12 cherry tomatoes (halved)
Grill chicken breasts and turkey bacon.
Chop up the chicken into small pieces and separate into 4 equal portions.
Chop up avocado into small chunks and separate into 4 equal portions.
Lay out individual lettuce leaves. Top each lettuce piece with chicken, 1 slice of turkey bacon (cut up into pieces), 6 halved cherry tomatoes & avocado pieces.
Wrap up and enjoy!
