Many gyms offer weight loss workout plans for beginners. At Elite Training Facility we specialize in all levels of fitness and goals. Our workout plans are a great option for those who have not previously attempted to lose weight or who haven’t incorporated exercise into a weight-loss plan.
Your weight-loss plan is jut that; it is YOURS! It won’t work if you don’t believe in it or aren’t willing to follow it.
A good plan for weight loss should include more than just exercise:
Nutrition counselling – A healthy weight-loss diet might be necessary to accomplish your goal. At Elite Training Facility, not only do we provide you with the proper counselling, we include it as part of your membership. Whether you’re joining our Better Body Exchange group fitness class, or signing up for one on one personal training, our “Eating for Success” guide is part of the package at no extra cost.
Varied routine – A good gym routine allows for some variation. At Elite Training Facility, we will never let your workout routine get stale. Class routines as well as personal training workouts are changed up or a regular basis to keep you engaged as well as challenge you every time you come in.
Group and/or Personal Training – Having other people around you will give you support and encouragement as you work towards your goals.
Weigh-ins/Measurements – To keep track or your progress, you need a way for you and/or a trainer to monitor your gains and make adjustments as necessary.
You should know right from the beginning that weight loss will not be successful or lasting if it’s not done properly.
It should never include fad diets or “lose weight fast” programs. They are not only unhealthy, but also highly unsuccessful. Our “Eating for Success” program is not a fad, it’s not a diet, it is a way of life. We don’t only preach it. We live and breathe it and have been for over a decade.
Most health professionals will recommend a weight-loss program that includes a health diet modification and weight-bearing exercises at least 3 days a week. One or the other will not work as well alone.
Remember, weight loss is not an overnight quick fix. It will take time, energy, and willpower to complete your goal.
